For groups we offer three different kinds of menus with the possibility of choice
In case you would like to change anything in these menus, do not hesitate to contact us with your requests and we will draw up a menu to your pleasure.

BASIC menu

Soup:

Hen broth with vegetables, meat and noodles
or
Typical soup ´Kyselice´ with mushrooms and dried plumps

Main course:

Turkey breast stewed on vegetables and wine with jasmine rice
or
Pork Scalopina with mushroom cous cous
 

STANDARD menu

Cold Appetizer:

Duck paté with Port wine and honey onion
or
Bruschetta with duck liver and balsamico onion

Soup:

Beef broth with liver rice
or
Hen broth with liver rice

Main course:

Pork sirloin with mushroom sauce and roasted potatoes
or
Beef sirloin with roasted string beans and bacon
 

SPECIAL menu

Cold Appetizer:

Beef tartar steak with toasts and garlic
 or
Duck paté with Port wine and honey onion

Soup:

Mushroom cream
or
Typical soup ´Kyselice´ with mushrooms and dried plumps
or
Beef broth with meat, noodles and vegetables

First Main Course

Slowly roasted beef cheeks with dill sauce and Carlsbad dumplings
or
 Chicken Supreme, mashed potatoes with bacon and onion

Roasted duck breast with plum sauce, potato fondant with plum ragout
or
Lamb steak ´Ossobuco´, roasted rosemary potatoes

Home-made chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream
